Some of you may know that I'm currently studying Yoga Therapy with Devon School of Yoga. It's been the most marvellous immersion into the philosophical, physical, and phycological benefits of yoga as an ancient Indian discipline and a holistic approach to wellbeing backed by astounding scientific findings.

One to one sessions can involve various elements depending on your needs. Typically these would include breathing techniques, embodied movement and asana (yoga postures), guided meditation, and bodywork. (Obviously I can only offer body work to people in the same room as me. Sorry zoomers!)
I'm currently taking on five one to one Yoga Therapy clients who I can see both in person and/or online. As I am still in training, I'm offering a 50% discount for a block of 6 x 60minute sessions at £150 rather than £300. I also have just a couple of one off sessions available for £30.
