I'm excited to announce my next online course which will begin on Thursday 9th June. This course will empower you to find more autonomy and ease within your yoga practice and the way you live your life. In addition to live Thursday morning yoga classes, each week will come with ideas and inspiration for establishing a personal practice. These prompts and suggestions will include movement, journaling, playful activities, plus reading and listening recommendations. They will invite you to connect to nature, the people around you, and yourself to help you find a greater sense of wholeness. Joining the course will provide encouragement and accountability as you nurture your sense of wellbeing with consistency and compassion but without criticism and perfectionism.

Six Week Online Course Details

✨£40 or £30 each if you sign up with a friend

✨9th June - 14th July 2022

✨Thursdays 7.15am - 8am GMT

✨All classes will be live on zoom & available to stream online for the duration of the course so you can practise in your own time

✨Recommended reading & listening materials

✨Self practice prompts & assignments (which are of course, completely optional)

✨Video library with short movement, meditation, and breath practices

✨This course runs alongside my in person classes on Dartmoor. Anyone who signs up to the Moreton, Ashburton, and Widecombe classes will also receive all of the online materials.
