After hosting three wonderful Day Retreats at Southcombe Barn last year, I'm thrilled to be returning in 2023 for a series of three Wellbeing Mornings before I take maternity leave in April. These half day retreats will invite you to gently emerge from the depths of midwinter and embrace the changing seasons as we move beyond the equinox and enjoy the bounty of spring on Dartmoor. Each morning will begin with an embodied yoga practice followed by journaling and a sharing circle. Vashti from Southcombe Barn will close the session with a relaxing and restorative sound bath. We will then sit down together to enjoy a lunch of seasonal organic soup with freshly baked bread from Briar Bakery, followed by homemade sweet treats. Herbal teas and coffee will be available throughout the morning. There will also be ample opportunity to connect to the nature you'll find yourself amongst at this very special location on the moors.
Payment & Cancelation Policy
You are welcome to pay 50% to secure your booking at 50% ahead of the event if that suits you better than paying at once.
50% refund available if cancelled two weeks before the event. No refunds available within two weeks of the event.

Southcombe Barn is an arts, nature and wellbeing retreat space located in Widecombe-in-the Moor, Dartmoor. Set in 16 acres of wildflower meadow, pasture and ancient woodland and backing onto the open moor, they offer beautiful guest accommodation, events, workshops and an art gallery dedicated to supporting emerging women artists.
